"Hanna with Fidelio Concierge LLC was my Real Estate Agent and Property Manager until I sold my property in Fort Lauderdale. I owned that property for over 30 years, so it was a process for me to "let go" of it.
She helped me with a dificult tenant situation, then managed the new tenant relation and 2 years later sold my property to a better price anyone would have expected.
It took a year to get the price I wanted and I would have not been willing to sell below that.

"Hanna with Fidelio Concierge LLC was my Real Estate Agent for my property in Pompano Beach.
I was concerned about the headache it might be to sell, and could not imagine I could sell it without being present during the process or at closing.
Also, many of my personal belongings were still in the home. Hanna had to have it cleared and cleaned, some repairs before even offering for sale. That was all done within a months, and after another three weeks we closed.
Hanna has all services lined up to accomodate foreign nationals. Not only did I get a great price for my property, I signed with Online Notary, the money was transfered the same day of closing. Not to speak about the effortless clearing of my home.
Hanna is professional and savvy. She knows her industry and I can only recommend her service.
